RADIATE CONFIDENCE: 6 steps to having more confidence today.



Hey babes!


Today, we're talking all about CONFIDENCE!!


Sometimes you might feel like you're on top of the world...


You feel beautiful, courageous, and no one can fuck with your energy!



And other times, you might feel like everything you do you suck at, or that no one likes you, or that you're just a big pile of crap for that thing you did last Wednesday.


Self confidence is something we can all struggle with from day to day.


But after reading this, you're gonna learn how you can radiate, and EXUDE confidence... like the bad bitch that you are!

Confidence starts from inside


Confidence is not something that you can just put on in the morning that will make people like you.


It's not about having the nicest clothes, or the trendiest makeup, or looking or acting a certain way. I'm not here to talk about any of that.


True confidence is something that you cultivate from the inside and radiates outward. It's something that people will be able to feel and sense when they're around you, without you having to try.


So the good news is, you don't have to do anything except know who you are and be 100% loving and accepting of all that you are.


To do that, there may be some inner work you have to do. But don't worry, I'll guide you through that.


And when you've done the inner work, and you realize you're a freaking divine, amazing, goddess, and anyone who is around you is lucky to feel your presence, there's no other option BUT to radiate confidence!


Also, it may take some time to build up to that, and you will likely have ups and downs, but let's dive into the steps to build your confidence!




Know your value


It's important to know what you actually bring to the table.


There's lots of things about you that are valuable.


Grab a pen and journal and just start taking inventory on everything that you know is good about you or that other people like about you.


Your personality, your kindness and generosity, your talents and skills, your knowledge, your experience and expertise, the things you've accomplished, and the list goes on and on...


When you know your value, you're less likely to take people's bullcrap.


As in, you're not going to tolerate people treating you badly.


Your standards get raised.


And you know you're valuable, so if someone doesn't see that, that is their loss.


Fully love and accept yourself


We might be too busy trying to fit in.


We might be trying too hard to do what other people want us to do.


And wee may not have spent enough time with ourselves to find out how amazing our inner souls are really like!


But when you're comfortable and know who you are on the inside, that's when you radiate ULTIMATE confidence.


So spend time with yourself and get to know who you really are. Then love, accept, and embrace ALL that is you!


A great exercise to get to know you better is to journal daily. Try some of these journal prompts for self exploration below.


  1. If money wasn't an issue, I would be doing...

  2. I feel the happiest when...

  3. My ideal day would include...

  4. What really lights me up is...

  5. My favorite way to help someone out is...




Love and accept your body


So many of us struggle with body image issues for no reason.


Your soul chose your body as the perfect vehicle for your path in this lifetime.


So embrace that! Acknowledge the wonderful things your body does on a daily basis. From the mindless things we do such as breathing, to the special talents and skills you have and the things you love to do like art, dancing, hugging, and so on.


Sure, sometimes we might nitpick ourselves for not looking a certain way, but looks definitely are not everything.


Confidence, personality, and good energy definitely trumps conventional beauty standards.



Don't compare yourself to others


The quickest way to start feeling not enough, dissatisfied, and just plain old down on yourself is by comparing yourself to others you see on social media.


Social media is not real life. People work very very hard to maintain an image, to perfect their pictures, and to show only the positives in their life.

The next time you see someone on social media that triggers not enough-ness, or envy, just say "good for them", and move on.


Because a lot of the time, we can accomplish whatever that person is doing, going, etc., but we don't because that's not on our path at the moment!



Stop judging others


Commit today to stop judging other people.


As soon as you let go of judging, it's so much easier to go out into world and to be entirely yourself.


Why?


We judge other people when we feel insecure about ourselves, and we try to bring others down to our level.


So when you go out into the world, you feel like EVERYONE is judging you.


And.... what comes around goes around so you likely ARE attracting a lot of judgment.


However, once you release that need to judge people, you don't think about everyone else is judging you.


And yes, people are still going to judge you no matter what... but so what? Let them think whatever they want to, it doesn't affect you whatsoever.


Like I said, people only judge when they're feeling insecure. So... that's their problem.


Make yourself proud


I believe confidence has less to do with what other people think of you, and instead has everything to do with what you think of yourself.


So do things that you feel proud of, and make the choices you would stand behind.


This can be from the food you eat, how you spend your time, your money, and so on.


I also feel good about myself when I've accomplished things. I like to set mini goals or write to do lists every day so when I cross them off I feel good about myself.


What are some things you've been wanting to do?


Set some goals, write down the good choices you're going to start making, and make sure you stick to them!





Final thoughts


Radiating confidence may take some time and work.


But all it really has to do with is just getting to know, and embracing who your soul wants to be.


...And just really owning that in a big way.


Knowing that other people's acceptance or rejection does not define you.


You love who you are and you know you what you bring to the table. So if anyone doesn't want to be your friend, or whatever, then that's totally okay!
