Suffering from acne is no joke.
It can cause you to feel frustrated... defeated... and have low self esteem.
I know exactly how you feel because I dealt with chronic acne for about a year and a half.
I tried looking for the magical product that will end the nightmare, but after trying all kinds of products, remedies, and even changing my diet, I finally did something different that worked for me.
After reading this post, you will learn the 5 steps I took to manifest clear skin.
1. Stop giving your acne any attention
What you put your attention and energy on, expands.
So the key here is to not give your acne any attention. I stopped sitting in front of the mirrors for hours looking at pimples, trying to squeeze them, or do anything to them. I stopped putting anything on them.
I just completely left my face alone.
If you are like how I was, you might be feeling like you constantly need to put some kind of ointment, treatment, cream on your pimples to "manage" them.
But the truth is, the less you mess with your body the better. Because our bodies, just like nature, always wants to return to balance.
My skincare routine was rinse my face with cold water, and apply a lightweight, non-comedogenic oil, like rosehip or grapeseed oil, if my skin felt felt really dry.
The lesson here for me was that I needed to let go of the control I tried to hold on to by constantly reapplying the remedies. And instead just focus on faith that my body is able to heal on its own.
2. Focus on the future you want.
I stopped giving my power away to some little red dots on my face. And I decided that I was going to create the skin I wanted.
Here's 2 things that I did that really allowed me to focus on what I wanted.
Writing is a powerful manifestation technique. It's important to focus on writing as if you already have the clear skin you want.
I call this scripting.
You want to invoke as much emotion as possible because emotions are what puts you in the vibration of what you want.
So really sit and feel how great and confident you would feel when you have crystal clear skin.
Now write that down as if it's already true.
Example: "I am so freaking grateful that I every time I look in the mirror I see beautifully smooth, clear skin. I love that I get to go out with no makeup and still feel extra confident!"
Put as much detail, excitement, and gratitude in it as possible and really feel the feelings.

This might feel like you're just telling yourself a lie at first, but remember to focus on your future instead of your current reality.
Now that you've stopped paying attention to your current skin conditions, it's time to visualize what it will look like in the future.
I used Pinterest boards to help me visualize and imagine what my skin would look like when it's clear.
Girls with smooth, glowing skin graced my boards and I would look at them for a minute, then close my eyes and imagine looking in the mirror and seeing that. It's important that if you do decide to do this exercise, that you don't end up with feelings of envy or jealousy.
Because that is not the vibration you want to be in. Instead, know that the skin you want is what you're getting, and feel grateful and worthy of having what it is you desire.
3. Gratitude & Keeping your vibe high
If you haven't noticed already, a big part of attracting what you want is feeling like you already have it.
And what do you feel when you get something you've really been desiring?
Write it down, speak it out loud, meditate on the feeling. Whatever it is you choose to do, just let overwhelming gratitude wash over you.
I mean, just think about it. Finally, FINALLY you get to have perfectly clear, smooth skin!!
Allow yourself to believe that you already have it, and therefor you are so so thankful.
Don't allow any negative spirals down the rabbit hole of talking down to yourself, feeling pity, etc. Your vibe is very important when manifesting.
If you feel yourself starting to throw a pity party, immediately go to your journal and start writing it out, and then remind yourself with affirmations that you are worthy, and the Universe is working in your favor.
4. Let Go
The most difficult part part of this process is LETTING GO.
You have to let go of the feeling of wanting, needing, begging, asking.
Because if you already have something, or you know it is meant for you, you don't keep begging or asking for it. Its already yours!
There is also a shedding of the current reality that has to happen.
Let go of the idea that you are someone who always struggles with acne. Shed that identity of the person with acne.
Instead, embrace a new idea, and a new identity that you are someone who always has really smooth, low maintenance, naturally gorgeous skin!
This goes hand in hand with the next step.
Letting go is easier when you trust the process.
Have faith that your body is capable of healing on its own.
Trust that this new reality is already on its way to you and that you are worthy of this new YOU.
Trust in your own powers, that you can and will manifest this, and that the Universe is working with you to create the world you wish to live in!
So to recap the 5 steps you need to do to manifest clear skin:
STOP giving acne any attention - this means don't pick at them, don't put products on them, and try not too look at them!
FOCUS on the skin you DO want - I used Pinterest boards, meditation, and journaling
BE GRATEFUL for your soon-to-be clear skin because you know its going to happen!
LET GO of any old beliefs about you being someone who always struggles with acne.
TRUST that your body will heal on its own, that your true higher self is coming through

Tips on manifesting your clear skin
Those are the general steps I took to manifest my clear skin. But here are some additional tips that I think you should know in order to quickly manifest yours!
How long will it take?
For me, I started seeing my skin heal within the first month of switching up my mindset and taking charge of what I wanted.
I would say in a few months I really noticed a big difference. I still have zits here and there now, but it's usually hormonal, or a sign that something's up.
Even when I do have breakouts now, its not nearly as bad as it was before. It's definitely not chronic.
Listen to your body
Your body has ways of giving you a clue as to what is going on inside.
Now that my skin is mostly clear most of the time, when I have breakouts I try to see what my body is trying to tell me.
Is it hormones, stress, a bad diet, or dehydration? I will ask myself what is out of balance and I can start to address that right away.
Believe in your body & in miracles
It's important while you're healing that you remember to LOVE your body.
So often we are mean to our bodies, we think we are at war with our bodies, and that we are not on the same team.
So in turn that's what we end up attracting is more chaos inside our bodies.
But if we give our bodies loving & healing energy, our bodies are capable of miracles.
Nature is made to bounce back even after really stressful & damaging times. And we are part of nature so we also have that capability to heal as long as we believe in that ability.
Find the lesson & be grateful
I'm grateful for this difficult time I had with my skin because this was a lesson in how truly powerful I am.
I was looking at things outside of myself to fix my problem, when what I really needed was to look internally at the way I was thinking about myself.
I am also grateful for my acne when it shows up because it shows me when I have imbalances in my body that I can correct.
It makes me feel more connected to my body like it communicates with me and I understand.
