Adventures in Utah! Hiking Kanarra Falls & Zion National Park

If you need an escape from real life for a weekend, I HIGHLY recommend the Kanarra Falls hike! It was sooo much fun, hopping, climbing, ducking under trees, and splashing around in the water. It felt like being on a playground.

We went in the morning in mid June so there was a lot of water, and it was really icy cold. Our feet were freezing in the beginning, but towards the end of the hike, the water warmed up a bit. I heard that if you go at the end of summer there may not be as much water.

In Zion, we didn't go on any specific trail. After COVID, they didn't have any shuttles to take you up the park to some of the cooler trail heads. So we had to park at the visitor center and just walk up the main road. We decided to just go down to the river and hang out there. So compared to Kanarra Falls, not as cool but still a nice day to enjoy the outdoors and connect with nature!

Big thank you to Oscar, BJ and Kory for letting me join in on their boys trip! It was such a blast!
