4 DELICIOUS VEGAN MEAL IDEAS! What I eat vegan, healthy, plant based, quick home made meals



In this video today, I show you 4 of my FAVORITE vegan dishes I am obsessed with right now.


They're pretty simple and none of them take longer than 30 minutes to make. This is for anyone who wants easy, delicious vegan meal ideas. These are packed with veggies, and you can totally customize them with your favorite ingredients. I hope that these inspire your next home made meal, because eating vegan and healthy can be fun, creative, and DELICIOUS!


So here are the 4 vegan meal ideas:



Avocado Toast & Tofu Scramble

This one is super easy yet delicious, and nutritious.

  1. Sautee fav veggies with seasoning (I usually go with peppers, mushrooms, onions, spinach, and cherry tomatoes)

  2. Smash up about 1/4 to 1/2 of a pack of tofu with a fork

  3. Once the veggies are done, add the smashed tofu

  4. Put some bread in the toaster

  5. Mash avocado on to the bread directly

  6. Add any of your fav toppings (diced tomatoes, cucumbers, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, etc.)


Veggies on Pita Bread

I usually have this one as a quick meal whenever I have leftover cooked veggies.

  1. Sautee fav veggies with seasoning

  2. Heat up pita bread

  3. Smash avocado on top of bread

  4. Add hummus

  5. Top with your cooked veggies and enjoy!


Fried Orange Tofu Bowl

This one may require a little more time and effort, however the end result is super delicious and very worth it!

  1. Take out desired amount of tofu (I use half a pack) and dry as much as possible. I do this by pressing it between 2 plates and squeezing out the water. This will help it get crispier when frying

  2. Cut tofu into cubes

  3. Cover the cubes with cornstarch

  4. Heat oil in a pan over high heat. (I didn't use too much oil but a little more than if I were sautéing veggies.)

  5. Add the cubed tofu and let it brown on all sides

  6. Once they were all crispy, add orange sauce all over until they are nice and saucy

  7. Top over a bowl of rice, veggies, edamame, etc.!


Vegan Pizza!

This one is my favorite meal of all time. We've had it quite a few times now so I think we've mastered this art.

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Get a vegan pizza dough. Since publishing the video, we found our favorite dough to be Indian Naan bread. This bread makes the pizza a little bit thicker crust and nice and crispy, making a DELICIOUS pizza dough for us.

  3. Spread pizza sauce or marinara sauce on your dough

  4. Add your fav toppings! We like mushrooms, peppers, onions, sun dried tomatoes, BBQ jackfruit, and some dairy-free mozzarella cheese. We just sprinkle the cheese lightly on top instead of covering the pizza sauce with it because it's more processed and will probably give you the farts if you eat a ton of it at once!! Fair warning lol.

  5. Put in the oven for about 12-15 minutes. Let cool. ENJOY!
